Cancellation and returns
For all microbiome collection kits if you no longer want your kit or if you change your mind and no longer wish to test your skin, please inform us by email or post of your decision and return the product to us within 14 days. The expense of the return postage will be at your own cost.
Once we receive the microbiome collection kit back, we can then process a refund for you. Please be aware that the cost of the kit and shipping will be deducted from the refund.
The right to cancel an order does not apply to products that have been opened and the seal on the kit broken as these products are not suitable for return due to health protection reasons.
