Simply order your kit and we will ship it to you right away. Complete the skin swab by following the simple instructions that are provided in the microbiome collection kit. Download the Skin Trust Club app and activate your kit. It’s as simple as that!

When we receive your microbiome kit into our labs, it can typically take 25-30 days to process your results in full. We have a few steps to do in order to get all the correct information collected for your report. We purify your sample, we amplify the sample, our scientists analyse the sample using state of the art techniques and then we present the findings on a report that currently can be accessed directly from your iOS device at anytime.

We will send you a simple kit for swabbing the surface of your cheek. You send this swab back to our labs and we map your skin microbiome. Download the app and sync it to your test kit and receive insights and skincare recommendations.
